The ANEST IWATA Air Filter is a modular air filtration system designed to effectively clean compressed air by removing water, contaminants, oil, and unwanted odors. With an impressive filtration efficiency of 99.9%, this air filter ensures clean and controlled air quality for painting applications.

Filter Details

1. Pre-Filter:

   • Removes oil and condensate.

   • Nominal filtration rating: 5 µm

   • Filtration efficiency: 99%

2. Fine Filter:

   • Removes oil mist in aerosol form from the compressed air.

   • Nominal filtration rating: 0.01 µm

   • Filtration efficiency: 99.99%

3. Activated Carbon Filter:

   • Effectively removes odors and gaseous components from the compressed air.

   • The activated carbon filter must be replaced after 3 months.

• Pre-, fine-, and activated carbon filters (G 1/2″ IG)

• Air inlet G 1/2″ IG or 1/2″ AG

• Coupling plug with 3/2-way shut-off valve

• Pressure regulator

• Air distributor (2x G 1/4″ AG) and safety coupling (2x NW 7.2; 1/4″ IG)
